Is your honey raw?
Yes! Our honey is raw and unfiltered. It is gently warmed to facilitate bottling but never pasteurized, preserving its natural enzymes and nutrients.
Why is my honey crystallized?
Crystallization is a natural sign of pure, raw honey! It does not mean it has gone bad. To return it to a liquid state, place the sealed jar in a bowl of warm water until the crystals dissolve. Avoid microwaving.
What is the difference between your honey and supermarket honey?
Many commercial honeys are pasteurized (heated at high temperatures) and heavily filtered, which removes pollen and reduces beneficial compounds. Ours is minimally processed to retain all its natural goodness and unique flavor profile.
How long does shipping take?
Please see our detailed Shipping Policy above. We typically process orders within 1-2 business days, and then delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship only within Pakistan.
What if my jar breaks during shipping?
We pack every order with great care. If your jar arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will gladly send a replacement.
How do you practice sustainable beekeeping?
We leave enough honey in the hives for the bees to eat over the winter, we avoid using chemicals in or around our hives, and we work to educate our community on the importance of pollinators.
